Steps:
1. Create a free freelancer account.
2. Fill in the profile: title, skills, rate, bio and your website link.
3. Add portfolio items and publish the profile.
4. Keep availability up to date.

Watch out for:
- The old talent.hubstaff.com address redirects to hubstafftalent.net.
- Website links on profiles carry rel=nofollow.
