Steps:
1. Create a HubSpot developer account and build an app that uses OAuth.
2. Sign in as a Super Admin and open the app listing wizard.
3. Fill in all seven tabs: listing info, app details, pricing, features, support, testing and review info.
4. Upload an 800x800 icon and screenshots with no text or whitespace padding.
5. Submit the listing; HubSpot replies by email with approval or changes.
Watch out for:
- Only a Super Admin can submit; an agent needs that login.
- Testing info must let a reviewer install and exercise the app, so a demo account may be needed.
- The company website link on a listing carries no nofollow tag.
Rules:
- Never enter payment details or pick a paid option. If the only way forward costs money, stop and tell me.

- Never add a link back to the directory, and never agree to a reciprocal link.
