How to submit to Hotfrog

Steps:
1. Open the Hotfrog US site and click Add a business.
2. Create an account with an email address.
3. Enter name, address or service area, phone and website.
4. Pick categories and write a short description.
5. Submit the listing and confirm the email.

Watch out for:
- The site showed a Checking you're a human challenge that blocked scripted requests; use a real browser.
- Paid plan prompts appear after signup; the free listing stays available.

Rules:
- Never enter payment details or pick a paid option. If the only way forward costs money, stop and tell me.
- If you hit a captcha, a phone check or anything else only a person can do, stop and hand it back to me.
- Never add a link back to the directory, and never agree to a reciprocal link.
- Only use the details above. Never make anything up. If a required field asks for something I haven't given you, stop and ask me. Leave optional fields blank.
