Domain Rank is a 0 to 100 authority score from a third-party backlink index, refreshed monthly. It uses the same scale as Ahrefs DR, but the two numbers won't match exactly. Last checked November 2026.

How to submit

  1. Register a Chrome Web Store developer account and pay the one-time fee.
  2. Package the extension as a zip and upload it in the developer dashboard.
  3. Complete the Store Listing, Privacy and Distribution tabs, including the single-purpose statement.
  4. Add test instructions if the extension needs a login.
  5. Submit for review, then publish once approved.

Watch out for

  • New developers, broad host permissions and obfuscated code trigger longer reviews.
  • The developer dashboard needs a signed-in Google account and a paid registration.
  • The developer website link on the listing is nofollow, so the value is mainly referral traffic.
