Steps:
1. Open the Get Listed page and search for the business name and location.
2. If a profile exists, choose to claim it; if not, submit a request to add one.
3. Create a BBB account and confirm your role at the business.
4. Check the contact details, categories and website on the profile.
5. Decline the accreditation offer unless you want to pay for it.

Watch out for:
- A BBB sales rep may call about accreditation after you claim.
- Profiles already exist for many businesses, so claim before creating to avoid a duplicate.
